If You Like Nigiri And Sashimi (And You Live in Jakarta)
Earlier this year, I went to a sushi place called Sushi Tengoku in Radio Dalam, South Jakarta, and I haven't forgotten about it ever since. It has the ambiance of an authentic Japanese restaurant with many natives visiting. While I think its shisamo shioyaki is the best, I'm so going back there for its thick and fresh salmon cuts. What's more, this place has also changed my perspective of raw tuna—a dish that I used to think could only achieve a simple 'decent' from me is now on my repurchase list. I'll link the menu here.
