If You Like Nigiri And Sashimi (And You Live in Jakarta)
Earlier this year, I went to a sushi place called Sushi Tengoku in Radio Dalam, South Jakarta, and I haven't stopped thinking about it since. The restaurant has the ambiance of an authentic Japanese spot, with many native Japanese visitors.
While I think their shisamo shioyaki is the standout, I'm definitely going back there for their thick, fresh cuts of salmon. What's more, this place completely changed my perspective on raw tuna—a dish I once considered merely "decent" is now firmly on my repurchase list. I'll link the menu here.
