Dream It, See It, Blog It: My Digital Vision Board

One of the most creative ideas that interests me is a vision board with things I hope for—like goals, aspirations, quotes, and more—hung on the wall. It’s like having my Pinterest board printed—a digital manifestation in its purest form! That’s why I thought about making one when I was redecorating my room a while ago. But the room-renting clause prohibited me from hanging anything on the wall, so I abandoned the idea.

It wasn’t until last evening that I randomly thought about it again. I thought of something absurd and asked myself, “Why don’t I turn a vision board into a blog post version?” But there’s a challenge: I don’t post pictures that aren’t my own—and a vision board would be boring without a touch of aesthetic pictures, wouldn’t it?

In an attempt to bring my digital vision board to life, I dug through my camera roll and worked with each photo I had taken over the past few years. After some compiling and reflection, let me present my digital vision board—blog post style:

# Rolife Coaster becoming a positive online community where readers feel safe to interact.

# A partnership with brands I genuinely like.

# A slow morning with sunlight and breakfast that I enjoy making.

# Becoming a sporty girlie just because I want to.

# Clear skin. Gorgeous, shiny hair (it’s keratin season, babe!). A happy mind.

# A comfortable high-rise apartment overlooking a stunning cityscape. (Oh, there’s a baby grand piano in the middle of the living room!)

# My person. Homey feeling.

# Close friends to hang out with every now and then—and make new ones along the way.

# Traveling around the world with my loved ones.

# “She designed a life she loved.” – Unknown.

# Becoming a professional photographer.

# Having a business I feel passionate about so I can have financial freedom.

# Regularly baking because my kitchen is the most beautiful thing in the world.

# A big garden for my mom because she’s a plant junkie.

# Watching the concerts by all the musicians I love. While we’re at it, maybe a front-row seat at an ABBA reunion?

# (Psalm 1:1-2)
"Blessed is the one
who does not walk in step with the wicked
or stand in the way that sinners take
or sit in the company of mockers,
but whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and who meditates on his law day and night."

I promise to do my best to make all of these happen and look back on this post one day. Cheers to manifesting a beautiful life!

P.S. The cover picture is a nod to Taylor Swift’s newest album reveal, The Life of a Showgirl, because it’s a brand new era, and I’m beyond excited!
