Catering Food So Good, I Had to Write About It

Well, I’m going to write a short post today as a shoutout to my catering service, Pinot, for delivering such amazing food last week. I’m not kidding. From Monday to Friday, everything tasted delizioso—I actually started looking forward to lunchtime every day because I’m easily excited and just can’t wait!

Monday 

Carbo: Rice & glass noodles with soy sauce
Protein: Popcorn chicken & tofu with sauce
Condiment: Sambal

Tuesday

Carbo: Rice
Protein: Shrimp fritters & sautéed potatoes with corned beef
Fiber: Sautéed green beans and carrots
Condiment: Sambal

Wednesday

Carbo: Rice
Protein: Shredded chicken with kaffir lime leaves & braised eggs in sweet soy sauce
Fiber: Stuffed tofu
Condiment: Sambal

Thursday 

Carbo: Rice
Protein: Beef rendang & Padang-style savory rolled omelette
Fiber: Young jackfruit vegetable stew
Condiment: Sambal

Friday

Carbo: Rice
Protein: Smashed fried chicken, omelette, & potato fritters
Fiber: Corn soup
