Dinner Night at “A Bowl of Curry Noodle”
So, have you read my last post where my boyfriend basically took over my blog? If you have, then yay—you’re now properly introduced! I think it’s about time I start calling him Zacha here.
Just so you get to know your new friend a bit better, Zacha and I went out for dinner at a place called Seporsi Mie Kari (which literally translates to “A Bowl of Curry Noodle”) a few days ago. I ordered the original complete chicken noodle, while he went for the bara version—the spicier one, of course.
Here’s what our orders looked like:
I joked that it tasted like an elevated version of Indomie’s chicken curry flavor, but honestly? I loved it. The curry broth was rich and flavorful, pairing perfectly with the chewy, springy noodles we picked.
Final verdict: not exactly groundbreaking, but definitely the kind of comforting bowl we would happily go back for.
Oh, and the waitress gave us each a free lychee jelly! And if you know me, you know I love lychee jelly. Such a perfect ending to a warm, spicy meal.
