My Colleagues Moved On… but I’m Still on Roblox (So Here Are Some Recommendations!)
If you remember, I once told you about how I started getting addicted to Roblox. I even went as far as dedicating a whole blog post to map recommendations, since I used to play almost every day for months with my colleagues. But if Charlie Puth and Selena Gomez don’t talk anymore, my workmates and I don’t play Roblox anymore… how sad.
Just so you know, the reason is actually simple: they’ve found something more interesting to do during recess—and that’s watching TV series. I mean, I get it. Binge-watching Wednesday and Stranger Things used to take over my entire evenings too, so I take no offense. We Don’t Talk Anymore, the song, now lives rent-free in my mind, except the lyrics have slightly changed to: “We don’t play anymore // We don’t play anymore // We don’t play anymore like we used to do // I just heard you found the one you’ve been looking…”
Well…
If you’re wondering, I’m still loyal to the game (they will never make me hate you, Roblox!). So today, let me share some multiplayer Roblox map recommendations you can play with your family or friends:
Anomaly: Escape Room
In my opinion, Anomaly: Escape Room is the best escape room map I’ve ever played on Roblox. It’s so much fun hunting for clues scattered everywhere. Please try it and let me know.
Another Place
I think Another Place is my favorite Roblox map of all time. It’s not exactly an escape room, but every level requires you to figure out an escape route while dodging a scary monster.
My colleagues used to love this one too.
Hunted
If I had to describe this map in two words, I would choose “fun” and “difficult.” For a gamer-wannabe like me, Hunted is quite challenging… mostly because I keep getting captured (frustrating, yet weirdly addicting because I just have to beat it!).
[Prop Hunt] Coraline: Evade the Others
In my opinion, this map is the closest to what I would’ve loved as a kid. Little me would have been obsessed with running around hunting for props and keys while trying to escape Coraline’s other parents.
Chained [2 Player Obby]
A fun map to play if you’re not a pro but your friend is. Trust me—there’s something hilarious about watching the other player get frustrated because both your digital feet are chained together!
